What should I expect when I arrive for the first visit?
It is always recommended you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment. You will be needing to fill out some basic paper work on your medical history, as well as having a quick one on one with me to address your needs.
What should I wear?
You will be given privacy to undress to whatever is comfortable to you and to get on the table. Many clients wear just their undergarments, but you may undress down to what you are comfortable wearing. You will be draped at all times with a sheet and blanket during the entire session to ensure your privacy and abide by Florida law.
Will the massage hurt at all?
Massage should never be painful. If you experience any pain at all, during any massage you receive please let your therapist know. Pain is never necessary in healing. Massage with even light touch can be very affective.
Do you take credit cards or checks?
I will accept cash or credit.
What if I need to cancel?
24-hour advance notice is polite for cancellation or rescheduling if you are unable to honor your original appointment time. Emergency cancellations within 2 hours of our scheduled time should always placed by phone.
